Where are my funds I just deposited?
If you deposited your funds after-hours Tango will process the deposit on the next business day. If you deposited your funds on the weekend, Tango will process the deposit on Monday PST. Tango does not work on the weekends.
How can I get my wallet balance refunded?
You have 2 options for withdrawing funds from your wallet:
1. Refund back to your Credit Card
You can request a refund transfer directly back to your credit card. Once approved your withdrawal takes approximately 2-3 week since Tango handles everything by hand.
2. Visa Prepaid Card - Faster, can process this immediately.
I can issue you a Visa Prepaid Card via your own wallet. I can do this very quickly, but it will be a separate new Visa Prepaid Card, and not back on your account.
Does the wallet cover all campaigns and product insert gifts?
Yes, the funds in your wallet will cover all of your campaigns AND any product insert gifts.
Why is my wallet displayed separately?
We integrate with a 3rd-party company (Tango Card) for all rebate cards. We help you make deposits and generate rebates with Tango via the BoostRooster dashboard.
Why does the wallet display adding funds in USD?
Tango Card conducts all transactions and stores your wallet in USD because they are a US-based company.
Why do I need to deposit USD for UK (GBP) rebates?
Tango Card conducts all transactions and stores your wallet in USD, so you must make all deposits in USD. We make it easier by applying Tango’s exchange rate before you make the deposit so the funds will equal to the number of rebates in GBP.
How much GBP should I deposit for my UK campaign?
When adding funds for your UK campaign, just choose the amount of rebate in GBP and the total amount of rebates you want to fund. We will make the exchange rate calculation to show you the amount in USD you must deposit.
Why do I need to deposit more for my UK campaign?
We recommend you add an extra 5% because Tango follows the current day-to-day exchange rate of USD to GBP. So for any rebate distributed, the amount in GBP could differ by a few cents.
